The first electrode placement on the patient’s limbs is RA which is?
Anywhere between the right shoulder and elbow on fleshy, nonvascular area.
The second electrode placement on the patient’s limbs is LA which is?
Anywhere between the left shoulder and elbow on fleshy, nonmuscular area.
The third electrode placement on the patient’s limbs is RL which is?
Anywhere above the right ankle and below the torso.
The fourth electrode placement on the patient’s limbs is LL which is?
Anywhere above the left Anke and below the torso.
The first electrode placement on the patient’s chest is V1 which is?
4th intercostal space to the right of the sternum.
The second electrode placement on the patient’s chest is V2 which is?
4th intercostal space to the left of the sternum.
The third electrode placement on the patient’s chest is V3 which is?
Midway between V2 and V4.
The fourth electrode placement on the patient’s chest is V4 which is?
5th intercostal space at the midclavicular line.
The fifth electrode placement on the patient’s chest is V5 which is?
Anterior axillary line at the same level as V4.
The sixth electrode placement on the patient’s chest is V6 which is?
Midaxillary line at the same level as V4 and V5.
