Whats the monomer of Nucleic Acids?
Nucleotides
What do nucleotide consist of?
- It has 3 parts
1. Nitrogenous (BASE)
2. 5 - carbon sugar
3. Phosphate group
What are the monomers of proteins?

Fats, oils, wax
What are the polymers of Nucleic acids?
DNA & RNA
What are the polymers of Proteins?
Protein & polypeptide
What are the elements in Carbohydrates?
C,H,O, (1:2:1)
What are the elements of Lipids?
C,H,O,
[(1:2:1) very low]
What are the elements of Nucleic acid?
C,H,O,N,P
What are the elements of Proteins?
C,H,O,N,P,S
What do these processes have in common? How do they differ?
The purpose that they have in common is they both have to do with active energy, they both have a reactant and they both have a product. The difference is that energy absorption has a lower reactant than the product and a higher activation energy. In releasing the energy it has an enzyme that helps it move faster. Also for releasing the energy it has a higher reactant and lower product.
