then fill out an application

is a letter that is sent when you are needed in court for a jury duty at a specific time and date
appearance is mandatory unless u are exused
when you are arrested you have e the right to
remain silent
speak to your lawyer guardian or parent
have ur parents w u during questioning if u want
have a lawyer and go to court

i think that it depends on the circumstance of the crime the was committed
it also depends on if they are being tired as an adult
if there is a victim involved they might be revealing the victims info
if the offender has committed multiple crimes in the past (history of the offender )
