When everyone does their own thing and does not pay attention to what other are doing

May all do their own indicidual evaluations but share their information
Interdisciplinary Teams
Teachers work together and tell each other how to do things and how to help the child in other environments so everyone is on the same page
Transdisciplinary Teams
Family sets goals for the child and the family is the child’s first teacher 0-2
IFEP
IEPS are for students receiving special education ages 3-21
