Explain the procedures of advertising a job through the human rights code
The human rights code forbids to directly or indirectly discourage people on basis of grounds for discrimination. It is usually advertised through ‘old boys network’ and ‘word of mouth’ but the human rights code says it tends to perpetuate the current composition of workplace
