what is a skills audit? how do you do it?
A
a way you can identify the skills you do and don’t have
you will rate yourself from being strong to not having the skill or ask others to rate them.

what can you do with a skills audit?
A
- identify strong skills and consider how they will use their strengths to make the enterprise successful
- figure out the risk of not having certain skills
- see how you can improve your week skills/gaps
one column has the skill, one has where you have demonstrated it, then a rating(weak/strong/medium)
