A

discrimination is treating people different based on race, gender, religion, etc. while racism is just believing that you are better than everyone else, you’re not actually doing anything; racism only has to do with race while discrimination includes gender, religion, etc.; racism is like that starting point with discrimination, if you believe that you are better than everyone else, that will automatically limit others who aren’t like you

1831, Nat Turner and his followers set out to kill every white person they could find, they were armed with axes and guns, they killed about 57 people in two days, this panicked white farmers and strict codes were made that allowed harder punishments
