A
It will occur within 1/2 a wingspan of the ground
It may occur within one wingspan of the ground

What wing config will suffer ground effect more and at what point?
A
A low wing aircraft will suffer more ground effect on landing. (On take off lift is lost due to ground effect, on landing lift is gained and can result in ballooning.)
