Health Inspector
These people conduct foodservice and restaurant inspections and usually, they are trained in food safety, sanitation, and public health principles.
USDA
The full name is the U.S. Department of Agriculture and they are people who inspect food and other critical duties.
CDC
Their full name is the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. What they do is investigate outbreaks of foodborne illnesses, study the causes of the disease, provide educational services in the field of sanitation, and they also conduct an inspection program for cruise ships.
