Difference between Divided and Unified government
Divided: government in which one party controls the White House, and a different party controls one or both of the houses of congress.
Unified: government in which the same party controls both the White House and congress. (actual unified govt is impossible)
Why is unified government a myth?
Unified government is impossible because although they are “unified” they will always argue and have stalemates
