(1)- Everyone is equal before the law and has the right to equal protection and benefit of law.

Everyone has the right to have any dispute that can be resolved by the application of law decided in a fair public hearing before a court.

(3) every accused person has the right to a fair trial, which includes the right
(h) to be presumed innocent, to remain silent and not to testify during proceedings

Rights and duties of assessors
Judicial officers obtain assistance of other persons so that justice is seen as being done fairly, and also for the community to participate in the legal process.
Assessors are qualified in particular field relevant to the matter.

Goal is subject to the management of the judicial officer presiding over it. All orders given in judicial discretion by the presiding judge for proper conduct of the trial must be obeyed by all the parties, the court staff and the public who are if disobedient liable for contempt of court.
