Consistency vs Inconsistency
consistency: means goods or reliable and stay the same
inconsistency: suggests that there can be variations or suprirses in the quality or experience
- example: having a favourite snack that always tastes the way you expect it to vs finding it be different

the path that things take from people who make them to use them
Deregulation
the reduction of government interference in the marketplace
Technological Advancement
process in technology offers new ways of doing business and permits businessess to expand internationally
