Sanction
A penalty, such as a fine, probation, or incarceration, imposed on someone found guilty of a criminal offence.

Parole

Organizations that provide social services to community members who are not adequately addressed by governmental social service programs.
Halfway House
A residential setting within the community that is staffed by professional workers who support offenders released on parole with the process of returning to the community.
