spiritual gifting; part of something bigger

contin. revisiting mission & vision
mission=God’s mission that becomes our mission
vision=how we as a local church choose to carry out that mission
revisit mission to return to overall goal

we need to be critical about everything we do and have a theo. that critiques us
personalizing the equipping of each believer
it takes a lot of time; it’s easier to have a 1 size fits all. God calls us to be involved in the lives of every individ. believer, eg. clarifying their gifting and calling, and showing them how that works both in the body and in their spheres of influence
