Describe the agency relationship
An agency exists when one person, the agent, is authorized to act on behalf of another, the principle or in dealings with third parties

Agents can enter into binding agreements on behalf of their principles with third parties

Expressed authority is given by clear communication

What are the three major types of business organizations
Sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporation.
Explain what is sole proprietorship
An individual conduction business alone, responsible for all liabilities.
Explain what a partnership is in terms of business
A relationship between two or more persons carrying on a business with the aim of making profit
Explain how a partnership can be created
By contract, estoppel, or inadvertently if actions suggest a partnership exists
