It is a system of relationships that exists among individuals of the groups.

What is a community?
A group of people with shared identity.
What are the shared identities in a community?
1- living in a particular geographical area.
2- having some level of social interaction.
3- sharing a sense of belonging or having common political or social responsibilities.

Industrial environment.
