"ser" verbs are common action words that come after noun or pronouns.  Examples:
She IS at home. (Ella ES en casa.) 
He IS at home. (Él ES en casa)
I AM home. SOY AM en casa.) 
WE ARE at home. (SOMOS en casa.)
THEY ARE home. (SON en casa.) 
YOU ARE at home. 
formal: (USTEDES en casa.)
