Remote Work/Telework definition
Remote work is telework, meaning an employee uses technology to communicate outside of work such as at home

Difference between surface and deep level diversity
Surface is when you only look at what you see such as the colour of their skin, their name, ethnicity, gender, age, etc. Deep- level of diversity is when you look beyond that such as personalities, attitudes, behaviours to certain situations, and what they believe in.
Consequences of Diversity (PROS)

Consequences of Diversity (CONS)
