A state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease of infirmity.
Healthy Lifestyle
A lifestyle that contributes positively to physical, mental and social wellbeing, and includes regular exercise and physical activity.
Exercise
A form of physical activity which maintains or improves health and/or physical fitness.
Sedentary Lifestyle
A lifestyle with irregular or no physical activity.

The ability to cope with everyday demands
Mental Health and Well-being
A state of wellbeing which every individual realises her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to her own community.
