define supply chain management
supply chain management is the umbrella term used for all the processes from procurement of raw materials untill the finished goods reaches the end consumer
what are the boundaries and relationship of supply chain management
It includes all of the logistics management activities , as well as manufacturing operations, and it drives coordination of processes and activities with and across marketing, sales, product design, finance, and information technology.
