  1. Identification of children
  2. Full and individual evaluation of the child by a multidisciplinary team
  3. Determination of eligibility for special education
  4. Scheduling an IEP meeting
  5. Holding the IEP meeting then writing the IEP
  6. Providing special education and related services to the student
  7. Progress monitoring
  8. IEP is reviewed
  9. Child is reevaluated
