Explain the law of third party compensation
A
A victim who suffers damages or who is prejudiced by the negligence or unlawful driving of a motor vehicle by another person. When a person claims for injury to himself or the death of the breadwinner, caused by the unlawful and negligent driving of a motor vehicle, such a claim is referred to as a third party compensation claim.
