What is ISO?
International Organization for standardization: non government institution headquarters in Switzerland, they define rules and standards for all foods and services assist with quality control and define stress test for product quality
Name the 5 types of marketing?
1- Social Marketing: used to sell good and services, but also used to sell ideas, attitudes and behaviours
2- Service Marketing: intangible activities that meet customer needs
3- Green Marketing: combines customer wants and needs with the conservation and protection of the environment
4- Direct marketing: only target the people that would need or want the product
5- Holistic Marketing
