land use, topography, physical geography, infrastructure, demographic characteristics, built environment, location, economic characteristics
exogenous factors
originate from outside a place and provide links with other places
examples of exogenous factors
people such as tourism and migration, money and investment, resources, ideas such as entrepreneurs moving to an area
perspective of place
this can change due to lived experiences
