- There are different morphologies, landscapes, and topographies and places have relationships with other places and links

- A place is an area, setting, or location physically or mentally where events and actions occur and it is a location where connections are formed with people , and it has meaning and social connections and emotion to it
- An example of a place would be a school or a hospital and different experiences impact how places are seen by different people
- A place can have an objective meaning as physically a place with an address and coordinates
- A place can have a subjective meaning to it with human interaction and association
