yes as the long bow was unchanged for 400 years from the battle of hastings (1066) - battle of agincourt (1415)
why were firearms also said to be in the slow revolution and who stood out
as they were intically expensive and unreliable but the brown bess (flintlock musket) made an great impact and remained unchanged for over 100 years
