(Build in glass): pour all ingredients directly into an ice filled wine glass. Stir gently to mix.

(Build in glass): pour all ingredients- very cold- directly in a chilled flute. Stir gently to mix.

.5 oz St Germaine Elderflower
2 oz chilled Prosecco
Ruby red grapefruit juice

(Build in glass): build completely in glass

Fill with cold champagne

(Build in glass and stir): pour all ingredients over ice directly in a highball glass. Stir gently to mix.

1 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz champagne

(Shake, strain, and top): add all the above ingredients except the champagne with ice into a shaker. Shake for roughly 10 seconds and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with 4 oz of champagne
