A
One. It helps keeps students engaged and focused and enthused.

A
From the simple to the complex.

What is the “Clear and Concise” technique?
A
- Start with a question word.
- Limit questions to two clauses.
- If they matter, write them in advance. Script them!
- Ask questions instead of making statements.
- Assume the answer. Ask “Who can tell me?” not “Can anyone tell me?” The latter assumes doubt.

Describe the “Stock Questions” technique.
A
One important thing is to ask variations of the same questions, as applied to the class material.

What is the “Hit Rate” technique?
A
It is the use of and avoidance of a 100% correct answer rate. Start with 100% but realize that 100% can cause a stoppage of critical thinking.
