A

Dilatacíon y hipertrófia (cardiomegalia), fibrosis (bloqueo de rama derecha) y inflamacíon.
En micro: nidos, inflamacíon y citomiolisis

A

Megacolon: destruccíon del plexo mientérico (dilatacíon tranversal y formacíon de fecaloma por reabsorcíon de água) y megaesófago con insuficiencia del esfínter inferior (acalasia)
