a member of a small independent group taking part in irregular fighting, typically against larger regular forces.

A slaughter of inocent people.

Open defence of authority.

During revolution, a civilion sworn to be ready to fight with only one minute notice.

The induction to a formal document.
Coerce
To control or restarin by force or authority, to get somone to do somthing you want them to do.
Representatives
A person appointed or elected to act or speak on behalf of others.
Resolution
A formal expression of opinion.
