Reducing procrastination

A

Break into chunks and create intermediate deadlines
Calculate the costs and reward
Create momentum
Reward yourself
Make a commitment to others
WIFO (worst in first out)
Get stimulation elsewhere
Eliminate the distraction
Combine chunking and rewards
Pommodoro strategy (small chunk-> reward)
NUDGE! (Little pushes and reminders from your phone ,human being etc.)
