  • Senior management’s full support and active involvement, and make sure they define the responsibilities of managers, supervisors and all other employees as they relate to safety and loss control.
  • Must be in line with the companies objectives of productivity, quality, and profit to address sources of loss, waste/damage.
  • Involve every level of the work force and fit smoothly into daily operations.
  • Be reviewed at predetermined frequencies to see if it is working well and that all objectives are being met.
