segregation
legalized by jim crow, outlawed by brown v board, civil rights act, voting rights act, and runyon vs mccrary. institutionalized higher poverty, lower quality schools, proximity to hazardous waste facilities.
housing discrimination
wealth gap across races. directly related to post ww2 FHA policies and redlining. generational wealth was built by whites leading to persistent gap.
modern housing discrimination
subprime lending and loan rejections

1) humans are separated into different blood lines and physical traits
