sudden sharp testicular pain
Visible local swelling
N/V
Chills, fever
Phimosis
foreskin becomes so tight, may be impossible to retract in uncircumcised males
Paraphimosis
Foreskin that is pulled back and not replaced
Treatment for phimosis and paraphimosis
Circumcision
Hydrocele
a benign non-tender collection of clear amber fluid within the space of the tunica or along the spermatic cord
Varicocele
A dilation of the veins of the scrotum
Spermatocele
a benign cyst of the epidiymis that is filled with milky substance and sperm
Hypospadias

When to take sildenafil?
Take up to one hour before sexual intercourse

priaprism, hypotension, h/a, flushing, blurred vision
Erection lasting longer than 4 hours
