Employees required to provide a workplace free from hazards that cause physical harm or death, Requires organizations to correct potential hazards and provide written records of accidents that have occurred

3 E’s of SAFETY
- Engineering: refers to the built-in safety features of the building and equipment
- Education: begins with the establishment of firm policies regarding safety, and then ongoing documented safety training
- Enforcement: refers to the follow-up required to prevent carelessness and make sure rules and policies are being followed
