Groups within a nation, against government/group within the nation-state.

Type of terrorism:
Conducted in international area by individuals that are members of a nation state.
Includes members of intelligence & secret services employed by governments (CIA)
International terrorism
Type of terrorism:
Actions conducted by governments against their own population. (Terrorize their own people)
State terrorism
Most significant terrorism activities AGAINST US in past 10 years have come from these areas
