- Some report include anticipated staffing for next shift.

Any info the chief need to know about when it is current, particularly before someone at a higher level calls to ask.
When bringing up a problem what else should the officer propose?
The officer should propose a solution. The most valuable proposal would consider the larger picture on how the solution would affect the rest of the department.

The monthly goals show up as a planned activities on the fire company daily planner.

There are four times:
- Completion of Probationary training.
- Completes promotional process & works as a company commander.
