The term “Serviceable Hydrant” shall mean any hydrant that can be used for fire fighting purposes.
The term “Unserviceable Hydrant” shall mean any hydrant that cannot be used for fire fighting purposes.
“Deactivated High Pressure Hydrant” means any high-pressure hydrant that is deactivated pending removal.
