2nd most common CA, assoc w/ lifetime sun exposure and HPV5/8, p53, RAS, Notch, Red scaly plaques, wart like, LOWER lip
SCC
Factor XIIIa + dermal dendritic cells; mostly in legs of young girls; inward dimpling; spindle shaped fibroblasts; pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia

COL1A1, PDGFB; firm nodules; storeroom fibroblasts in pinwheel form; honeycomb extension into SQ; thin overlying epi
