the closer to 1 or -1 the stronger the relationship.
Case study
an indicudivudal study on a single person
random sample
all members of a populaiton have a chance to be included in a study.
random assignment
all members of a society have a chance to be included in either the experimental or control group. after a random sample
confounding variable
an outside factor that contirbutes to the correlation and causation of two data points.
