di-ethylhexyl phthalate. plasticizer that makes the plastic tubes flexible. can leach into the IV soln or the soln adsorbs/adheres to the container - place these in polyolefin, polypropylene, or glass

ACID APE. ampicillin, caspofungin (cancidas), infliximab (remicade), daptomicin (cubicin). amipicillin/sulbactam (unasyn), phenytoin, ertapenem.
