Kneel by abdomen
One hand on side of head/neck
Reach across and grab clothing below waist
Roll them against your thighs. Keep head in line
Position legs to prevent rolling
Position head in line with cervical spine
Positioning from standing to supine
Tell them to sit, but to keep their head/neck aligned
Support their head from the side and ask them to lie back supine
Support head & ask helper to maintain
Lateral
Positioned on their side
