Demagnetizing is randomizing the domains
Heat; if you heat magnets for heat makes atoms excited and the electrons go into outer orbit and randomize
Force; if you hit it the shockwave moving through metal will randomize domain
Another magnetic field; if there are two magnetic fields working against each other they will randomize each other’s domains
