Adverse Possession
An appraisal method used in condemnation cases where there has been a partial taking of the property (13-165)
Before and After Method
The process by which property of a private owner is taken for public use, with just compensation to the owner, under the right of eminent domain
Condemnation

Condemnee
The right of a government to take private property for public use upon the payment of just compensation (4-43)
Eminent Domain
