What are some Stressors that can push our buttons?
A
1) Catastrophes - unpredictable large-scale events. (Earthquakes, floods, wildfires, and storms.)
2) Significant Life Changes - lie transitions. (leaving home, divorce, losing a job, death of a loved one.)
3) Daily Hassles and Social Stress: Stress also comes from daily hassles.
