Q

Factors that promote Greyzone living ?

A

‘We’ve co-created the world. Our complicity begins, ironically, with how we treat ourselves. We take too little responsibility for addressing our core needs, and we dissipate too much energy in blame, complaint, and finger-pointing….Dysfunctional behaviours.’ If Human Resources help manage employees’ work life balance, why do they run skeleton crews or are quickly downsized in more difficult times ?
