environmental science
interdisciplinary academic field that integrates physical, biological and information sciences to the study of the environment, and the solution of environmental problems
ecology
the branch of biology that deals with the relations of organisms to one another and to their physical surroundings
agriculture
the science or practice of farming, including cultivation of the soil for the growing of crops and the rearing of animals to provide food, wool, and other products
natural resource
materials or substances such as minerals, forests, water, and fertile land that occur in nature and can be used for economic gain
pollution
