- Incision starts 1 Tooth Width Away from Root / Tooth
- Incision in Gingival Crevice
- Avoid Inter-Dental Papilla

What are the 3 types of haemorrhage?
A
- Primary: During/immediately after extraction. Due to infection or trauma to blood vessels.
- Reactionary (within 48 hours): After the vasoconstrictor effect of local anaesthesia wears off (3 hrspost op). Usually due to underlying systemic conditions such as bleeding or clotting disorders.
- Secondary (around 7 days post-op): Rare and mainly due to secondary infection.
