  • How do you perform FPR on Hypertonic Suboccipital Muscles?
A
  • Slightly flex neck to neutralize spinal curve
  • Apply < 1 lb of compressive force
  • Move patient into dysfunction (where it likes to do)
  • Hold 3-5 sec
  • Return to neutral and release compressive force
  • Reasses tonicity
