How should it be staged?
A
Using MRI
CT chest if there is a high suspicion of lung or pleural spread
For now, not for surgical LN staging

A
Avoid trachelectomy
NACT after discussion at MDT - usually carboplatin

Additional complications of delivery by vaginal delivery
A
Preferable to have CS if still visible tumour
Cancer cell implantation in to episiotomy scar
Infection
Haemorrhage
